When you write, include the email address of your Big Broh account and, if it is about a specific session, the day and rough time. Please never send screenshots of your child’s chats by email; we can look up what we need from your account.

Common questions

• Roblox says “Big Broh isn’t watching yet”.That is the lock working as intended. Open Big Broh on your child’s iPhone, tap Play, and start the screen broadcast when iOS asks. Roblox opens a few seconds later and locks again when the broadcast stops.
• The broadcast stopped on its own. iOS ends a broadcast when the phone is locked for a long time or the app is force-quit. Tap Play again. If it keeps happening, check Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access and make sure Big Broh is still allowed.
• Which iPhones and iOS versions work?The child’s device needs iOS 26 or later, Roblox installed, and Screen Time access granted to Big Broh during setup.
• What does my child see?iOS shows its recording indicator during every session and Big Broh shows “Big Broh is watching” on the play screen. Nothing is watched outside a session the child starts.
• How do I stop monitoring or delete everything?In the app go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. This removes your account, your children’s profiles, alerts, summaries and any stored recordings, and lifts the Roblox lock the next time the app runs on the child’s phone. You can also email us and we will do it for you, or delete only part of your data. See Delete your account.
• Is my child’s screen stored? No. Screen images are analysed and then deleted, normally within minutes, unless you explicitly opt in to keep session recordings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
• Does Big Broh cost anything? Big Broh is currently free and has no in-app purchases.
• Is Big Broh made by Roblox? No. Big Broh is an independent product by Ironducks Labs and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Report a safety concern

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. To report something Big Broh got wrong or missed in a session, email support@broh.ai with the date and time of the session; it helps us improve detection for everyone.
